3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on l89x. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials, including username and password, strictly confidential. Do not share access with any other person.
• Notify l89x support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any unauthorized transactions or bets placed before you report a security breach.
• Do not use automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the l89x platform in any unauthorized manner.

Account Verification (KYC)

l89x implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with industry best practices. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your withdrawal requests are processed. Documents must be clear, valid, and unaltered.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

l89x supports a variety of payment methods for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the specific limits and conditions set out below.

Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select major bank cards (Visa, Mastercard).
• Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the deposit transaction.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days, subject to successful KYC verification and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
• l89x reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts, particularly those exceeding ৳20,000 in a single transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are available to new users only and may be claimed once per person, per household, and per device.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds or associated free spins not used within the stated validity window will be forfeited automatically.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l89x platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraudulent transaction, or other financial crime, including exploiting deposits and withdrawals to move illicit funds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including sharing cards in table games, deliberate losing, or any form of match-fixing in sports betting.
• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or mechanical device to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Registering an account on behalf of another individual, or allowing a third party to operate your l89x account.
• Posting, uploading, or transmitting any content that is offensive, defamatory, threatening, or in violation of applicable Bangladeshi law through any communication channel on the platform.

l89x employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously. Suspected prohibited activities are logged, investigated, and where confirmed, result in the full enforcement of these Terms & Conditions without exception.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the l89x platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of l89x or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the l89x platform without the prior written consent of l89x. Unauthorized use of l89x intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l89x, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data by third parties, provided l89x has implemented reasonable security measures.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game content, odds, or promotional material that are corrected promptly upon discovery.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted by law, l89x's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
